Yes, it's an AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH for less than $200. The movement appears to be of Asian manufacture that is modified and final checked in Germany. Best of all... it works. The top plunger starts and stops the chronograph which functions on the center seconds hand. The subdial at 12:00 reflects accumulated minutes,  the subdial at 6:00 reflects accumulated hours. The subdial at 9:00 indicates seconds with the watch. The bottom plunger resets the chronograph. 

The markers for 1:00, 2:00, 4:00, 5:00, 7:00, 8:00, 10:00 & 11:00 are zircon crystals. The bezel has two rows of zircon crystals.

Case and Dial: Solid stainless steel, 37.5mm wide without the crown, 40mm wide with the crown, 14.5mm thick,  screw down exhibition case back, hardened mineral crystal,   date display at 3:00, luminous hands
