Ernest Borel Nobel Series
The Nobel series is the classic dress watch in every sense of the word. Swiss by
design and construction, the 25 jewel automatic Swiss movement is enrobed
in its 37mm wide 10mm thick case (39.5mm wide with crown), by a screw down case
back. The clean lines of the watch face are seen through a sapphire crystal.
The day is displayed at the 12 O'clock position while the date (which is
magnified) is at the 3 O'clock position. Crystal markers cap the roman numerals
on either the stainless steel or the two tone versions of the watch. A handsome
face and a healthy body capable of swimming to a depth of 30 meters. Yes
Ernest Borel is its own brand, but even they cannot help but be influenced by
the Rolex Presidential look.
