Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges for ten days from the date of receipt on new items. The item must be returned to us in as received condition including all packing material and documentation. Watches with metal bands that have been sized may not be eligible for return. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the item purchase price will be refunded less shipping. If an exchange is requested, there will be a small charge for shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges on previously owned or clearance items.

Security

To protect the privacy of our users' credit card numbers and other ordering information, we utilize PayPal payment services which have represented to Harrington Enterprises, Inc. that they encrypt this information for transit over the Internet using a Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") connection. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
