That is to say, he is someone who can get results where others had failed and has proven ability in the restoration of the most complicated high-grade watches. 

Mr. Gref has invested a great deal of time in designing his line of fine watches. His world-wide contacts have resulted a quality of manufacture and level of finishing that is becoming all too rare in many of today's watches.
